GeoBlue Insurance ID card
Students will be enrolled in GeoBlue international health insurance by their Education Abroad Advisor. Once enrolled, students will receive a welcome email confirming their enrollment, along with instructions on how to register and gain access to the GeoBlue Student Portal. Once registered, students may download their GeoBlue ID Card.
It is important to have your GeoBlue ID card to access healthcare services; you will need to present your ID card whenever you receive medical care. Download and print your ID card and carry it with you while abroad.
Personal Travel Abroad
Students planning international travel for purely personal reasons—before or after their education abroad program— are encouraged to purchase additional insurance coverage for their travel, at their own expense. Personal international travel is not covered by the University’s plan. If you wish to obtain international health insurance coverage from GeoBlue for personal travel, GeoBlue has separate Individual plans available. Contact the GeoBlue Customer Service Department for plan information and instructions on how to enroll.
