NMSU Peace Corps Prep Certification Program

NMSU is proud to partner with the United States Peace Corps to offer the PC Prep Program.  Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate from the U.S. Peace Corps, which can lead to a competitive edge when applying for Peace Corps service.  Obtaining this certificate enhances a students’ opportunity to better prepare them to make a difference in the lives of people both internationally and at home.

Peace Corp Prep provides a cross-discipline program, increasing cultural awareness; it is open to all undergraduates regardless of their major, minor, department, academic year, or participation in other programs or future goals. The Peace Corps Prep program lays the foundation for students to build four competencies, integrating coursework with hands-on experience and professional development.
