Thank you for participating in NMSU’s Virtual Career Fair.  This employer guide is a tool for you to utilize as you navigate through Handshake’s Virtual Career platform.  Handshake Tech Support handles Day of Fair support; however, the NMSU Office of Experiential Learning, Corporate Relations, and Career Events are also available to assist with questions and some troubleshooting.  Corporate Relations may be reached at 575-646-7408 or employer@nmsu.edu.

Step 1:  Registration

The individual who is the Fair registrant is the only individual who can “create the fair schedule”.  In order to start this process, you want to confirm that the team members who will be assisting you the day of the fair have a Handshake account attached to your company or organization.  IMPORTANT: ALL team members must have a Handshake account to participate in the virtual fair. If you are the owner of your company account, you can find the invitation link to your company by signing into your Handshake account.  If you are not the account owner you can e-mail employer@nmsu.edu and request to have the link sent to you or your team members.
